« Le 145 »: the perfect harmony between city and nature. Just an arrow’s reach from the centre of Spa, but also only 7km from the Francorchamps circuit (no need to introduce you to it…, considered by many as the most beautiful racetrack in the world).

You are also just a few steps away from the start of several hikes in the Spa forest.

At « Le 145 » you stay for a minimum of 2 nights, just long enough to relax and enjoy the facilities.

Our 360m² house was completely renovated in August 2021 with taste. Timeless rooms with warm materials for your comfort.

You will find 6 comfortable bedrooms from 15 to 22 m² and 4 bathrooms (one with a double XXL balneo bath). The high quality bedding will allow you to recharge your batteries and enjoy your stay.

You can also take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen, our garden (south facing) of 1800m² with its large terrace of 85m² and its playground. You will also find our originally shaped sauna.

Our game room is equipped with a Bison 7Ft pool table and a wooden Jupiter table football.

In our living room enjoy a good meal at our beautiful solid oak table of 4m20 by 1m20, made by a local carpenter’s workshop, to guarantee you a pleasant moment. Then move to the living room to sit in the comfortable couch and enjoy the woodstove.

22m² – master suite, located on the first floor. Equipped with a 90x160cm walk-in shower and in a relaxing theme overlooking the garden.

20m² – on the first floor, garden side, proposing you a meeting in the middle of the forest.

18m² – on the first floor, a little bit of madness for this room which will not leave you indifferent

17m² – on the first floor, a mixture of atypical tones and materials with a breathtaking view over our unusual sauna.

17m² – on the first floor, escape to this place inspired by the many ferruginous springs in the region.
